We tried really hard but unfortunatley had to cancel your order. We could not fulfill it and have already voided your payment if you were originally charged. To double check, here are the methods of payment you could have used and how the void/retund was instantly done:

Regular Checkout by Credit Card: Your card was authorized for the amount on the order but not yet charged. Your issuing bank will show it on your statement or as a full charge, but its just like renting car, just an authorization. If your order is only 24 hours or less old, we void those out and in 48 hours you will just see that disappear. If your getting this message after 24 hours, we have refunded you 100% in full. Your payment was initially made and show up on the statement, but you will also see a credit posted within 24-72 hours of this email.

Paid via PayPal: This one is easy. By the time you get this message, your PayPal account should be credited back! If you paid via credit card through PayPal, its all in their hands. We have shot you back the funds, however from what we hear PayPal takes 48-72 hours to post back on your credit card used through PayPal.

Paid via Google Checkout:

Just like PayPal, we voided out your payment in Google Checkout and if you log in it will show it. However, Google is attached to your credit card so expect 48-72 hours for Google to return your money back on your card. We did it on our end as fast as possible.

Paid via Amazon Checkout:
We love Amazon because of how easy it is. Your card was authorized but never charged regardless of how long its been (unless its been over 30 days, but only special orders go that long if that to ship) and Amazon will take off the authorization the moment you get this email. 24-48 tops and your funds are back on.

Our apology to you on our behalf for canceling this out. We only do this if the order is not actually in stock and for some odd reason our inventory was off or at times the item may be oversize and end up being only freight based which won't meet the standard ship time so we will contact you. There is always a possible case that we cancel an order for you since an item is discontinued or shows "ships from manufacture" but we know that its going to either take too long to ship out or there will be a problem with the item from past experience. We only want to do better by you ahead of time and get things fixed before they break.
